Frequently Asked Questions.

How will I be paid?
Payments are processed through a global platform that supports bank transfer, PayPal, Visa prepaid cards, and other options depending on your country. You choose your preferred payment method when you receive your payment link.
When will I receive payment?
Payment is issued either at month-end or upon project closure, depending on the engagement type. Your Fieldzio contact will confirm the expected payment timeline before the session takes place.
How is my personal data handled?
All personal data is processed in full compliance with GDPR and Fieldzio's internal data protection policy. Your information is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent and is used solely for the purpose of matching you with relevant research projects.
Will I be asked confidential questions?
No. Fieldzio and our clients adhere to strict research ethics. You will never be asked to share confidential company information, trade secrets, or material non-public information. If any question feels inappropriate, you are free to decline it at any point during the session.
Can I decline a project after being contacted?
Yes. Participation is entirely voluntary at every stage. If a project is not the right fit, simply let your Fieldzio contact know. Declining one opportunity has no impact on future invitations.
How long does a typical engagement last?
Most expert calls run between 45 and 90 minutes. Diary studies and community tasks require a short daily commitment over 3 to 10 days. Survey completions typically take 15 to 30 minutes. Your contact will outline the exact time commitment before you agree to participate.
Will my employer know I participated?
No. All expert engagements are conducted in a personal capacity. Your employer will not be notified. We ask that you confirm this arrangement is consistent with your organisation's policies before joining a project.
Do I need to be available during specific hours?
We are flexible and will do our best to work around a time that suits you. We will share a few available slots with you so you can pick whichever works best. Since Fieldzio operates across multiple time zones, we have options across early morning, midday, and evening.
What happens if a project is cancelled?
If a project is cancelled after you have been confirmed, Fieldzio will notify you as soon as possible. If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled session, a cancellation fee will be paid in recognition of your reserved time.
How often will I be contacted?
This depends on your industry, role, seniority, and the volume of active projects that match your profile. Some experts hear from us multiple times per month. Others are contacted less frequently. We only reach out when there is a genuinely relevant opportunity.
