All content on this website, including text, graphics, and design, is the property of Fieldzio Inc. and may not be reproduced without written permission. Research outputs and deliverables produced for clients become the property of the client upon full payment of agreed fees.
Fieldzio treats all client briefs, research objectives, and project details as confidential. We do not disclose client identities to expert respondents without explicit consent, and we do not disclose respondent identities to clients beyond what is agreed in the project scope.
Fieldzio's liability in connection with any project is limited to the fees paid by the client for that project. Fieldzio is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of research outputs or from participant behaviour beyond our reasonable control.
Cancellation terms are agreed on a per-project basis. Where a client cancels a project after recruitment has commenced, fees may be payable for work already completed. Fieldzio will notify clients and agree resolution in good faith in the event of project cancellation by either party.
